Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lemonjet.xyz and the Lemon Jet smart contracts (the "Service"). By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Lemon Jet is a non-custodial, on-chain multiplier game deployed on the Base network. You place a bet in LJT tokens at a target multiplier; the outcome is resolved by a smart contract using Chainlink VRF randomness. The website is only an interface to those contracts — every game action is a blockchain transaction that you sign and pay for yourself.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You may not use the Service if games of chance involving crypto assets are prohibited for you under the laws of your jurisdiction, or if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned territory.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of the Service is lawful.

3. Non-custodial nature

We never take possession of your funds or keys. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Double-check every transaction before signing — mistakes cannot be undone by anyone, including us.

4. Risks

• Loss of funds. Betting involves risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
• Smart contract risk. Contracts may contain bugs or be exploited despite best efforts.
• Market risk. LJT and other crypto assets are volatile and may lose value entirely.
• Network risk. The Base network, oracles and RPC providers may fail, congest or reorganize.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal or tax advice. LJT is a utility token used within the game; it is not an investment product, and no statement on the Service should be read as a promise of profit.

6. Vault, referrals and campaigns

The vault lets you provide LJT liquidity that backs payouts in exchange for a share of the pool; deposits carry the same smart contract and market risks described above. Referral rewards are paid by the smart contract according to its published logic and may change with contract upgrades.

We also run token distributions and bug-bounty campaigns announced on our blog and social channels. Participation is voluntary and free, tokens handed out this way are a gift rather than a purchase, and they carry no expectation of profit. Each campaign is governed by the rules published with it; we may verify that a real person is behind an entry, decline entries that are duplicated, automated or fraudulent, and change or end a campaign at any time. Rewards for security reports are discretionary and depend on the report — publishing a vulnerability that touches funds or the contracts before we have addressed it forfeits any reward.

7. Fair use

You agree not to exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the Service, use it to launder funds or evade sanctions, or access it with automated tools in a way that harms other players. We may restrict interface access for abusive behavior; the underlying contracts remain permissionless.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, TOKENS, PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Responsible play

Play for entertainment, not income. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and seek help — for example via BeGambleAware.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
